How We Got Here

a decade-Long calling

Hey there, lovely souls! I’m Mrs. Hancock, the heart and soul behind HopeAlways. With over a decade of experience as a yoga instructor, former personal trainer, and corporate girly, I’ve worn many hats and danced through various worlds. From the zen of downward dog to the hustle of corporate life, I’ve found balance in embracing it all.

Throughout my journey, I’ve realized the importance of connection—a true connection beyond surface-level interactions. Finding women who share your values, goals, and spiritual beliefs can be a journey. That’s why I set out to create HopeAlways—a space where like-minded women can come together to connect and thrive.

We’re a tribe of strong, supportive women who lift each other and celebrate each other’s victories, big and small. Our mission remains clear as we continue to grow: to provide you with everything you need to be great. From wellness resources and accountability partners to support groups and virtual or in-person events, we’re here for you every step of the way.

So, whether you’re looking for a place to find your zen, level up your fitness game, or connect with amazing women who understand you, we’ve got you covered. Welcome home, beautiful souls!

Mission

We're here to empower women, foster community, and promote holistic well-being. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive space where women can connect, grow, and thrive. Through inspiring events, valuable resources, and genuine connections, we aim to uplift and empower women to embrace their full potential in all aspects of their lives. Together, we cultivate a culture of positivity, resilience, and empowerment, one woman at a time.

Empowering Women, Building Community
