1. Product Refunds

We believe in wellness that nourishes without noise, but if our body butters, perfumes, or other essentials don't resonate with your rituals, you may request a refund under these terms:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened skincare or fragrance items are not eligible for refund unless defective (e.g., damaged upon arrival).

  • Process: Email support@hopealways.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We'll provide a return shipping label (costs deducted from your refund unless the item is defective). Once received and inspected (typically 5-7 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we erred.

  • Defective Products: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement, including shipping—at no cost to you.

2. Event Refunds

Our women's events and retreats are designed for purposeful connection and growth. To honor commitments to our community and venues, refunds follow this structure:

  • Full Refund: Available if canceled more than 30 days before the event start date.

  • Partial Refund (50%): If canceled 15-30 days before the event.

  • No Refund: For cancellations within 14 days of the event, or for no-shows. However, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee with our approval (notify us at least 7 days in advance).

  • Event Cancellations by Us: If we cancel an event (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you'll receive a full refund or credit toward a future gathering, at your choice.

  • Process: Request via email to support@hopealways.love with your registration details. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Freebies and Promotions

Complimentary samples, ritual guides, or promotional items (e.g., from our Freebies section) are not eligible for refunds but may be replaced if defective. Bundled offers follow the product refund terms above.

4. Digital Content

Any digital downloads (e.g., wellness guides or event materials) are non-refundable once accessed, as they are instantly delivered and rooted in our shared wisdom.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse (e.g., repeated returns) to protect our brand's integrity. In special cases, we may offer store credit or exchanges at our discretion, always aiming to support your path with fairness.
