Our shipping process is designed to honor your time and trust, delivering wellness rooted in simplicity and integrity. Below, we outline how we ship our American-made body butters, perfumes, and other essentials to support your path to becoming everything you were meant to be. 1. Where We Ship

We proudly ship across the United States from our fulfillment center in Texas. International shipping is currently not available.

2. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing to keep your rituals free of noise:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

  • Standard Rates: For U.S. orders under $100, a flat rate of $5.99 applies. 

  • Expedited Options: Priority (2-3 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping are available at checkout for an additional fee, calculated based on location and order size.

Shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

We handle your order with the same care as our timeless botanicals:

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is packed.

  • Delivery Times:

    • U.S. Standard: 3-7 business days after processing.

    • U.S. Priority: 2-3 business days after processing.

    • U.S. Express: 1-2 business days after processing.

    • International: 7-14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high demand. We’ll keep you updated if issues arise.

4. Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent via email once your order ships. Track your package directly through our website (hopealways.love/track) or via links provided by our carriers, USPS or UPS, to stay connected to your wellness ritual’s arrival.

5. Shipping Restrictions

To ensure safety and compliance:

  • Fragrances are shipped ground only due to regulations on flammable materials.

  • Some countries may restrict certain ingredients; we’ll notify you at checkout if your order is affected.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited orders or certain international destinations.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We’re committed to delivering your products with purpose and care:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at shipping@hopealways.love with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, reach out, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses, but we’ll do our best to assist—email us promptly if changes are needed.

For pre-ordered products or event-related items (e.g., retreat welcome kits), shipping timelines may differ. These are noted at checkout, typically shipping 2-4 weeks before the event or product launch.
